25 years I went there. It was great service, but now that's changed. Got my latest pair and both lenses have defects and the senior lady told me that she would have to send them to the lab to make sure they would be ok. Adamantly told me I should have 2 pairs for these situations. I've never experienced this issue. She wasn't confident in her job so she hid behind the "lab". Other scheduling issues were a part of the reason I'm making this review, but ultimately it was her service. Do as you will, but I'm done.
