Stellar staff immediately greet you when you arrive and you immediately feel welcomed. A couple of them stayed late to help me pick out my frames. The check-in process was seamless. Dr. Stewart is extremely intelligent but most importantly very personable. She's very thorough, listens, and answers all of your questions with a wealth of knowledge. 10/10 recommend!

Everyone was very compassionate and listened to my concerns. Dr. Entrekin was very kind and thorough. She explained what was wrong and how to take steps to fix the problem. Cannot recommend this clinic enough! The whole staff is great!

Dr Ortiz and staff are helpful, friendly, kind, patient And willing to go the extra mile to see to it that you have a very enjoyable examination. Dr. Ortiz and all his staff treat you like family. He's also very concerned about what your medication's are gonna cost and goes the extra mile to make sure that you're not paying any more than necessary.. I told him that I wish all my doctors were as concerned as you are about medication costs. I consider it an honor and a privilege to be his patient. This is my fourth visit over the last 20 months; this is because I have had serious health issues. He and his staff have exceeded all of my expectations. I can't think of a single thing that they could have done better. I also had to have my glasses repaired as I had dropped them twice. There was no charge for fixing my glasses.

Dr. Ortiz and his staff all treated Mary Alice and me in a most congenial, timely, and professional way. His "bedside manner" is excellent. Our visit was for our annual check-up and a most pleasant one.

I am extremely disappointed with the care and professionalism I experienced at Georgia Vision Institute under Dr. Cindy Entrekin. I was told I had "multiple holes in my retinas" without any imaging being performed or shown to me. This is a serious diagnosis that should be confirmed with appropriate testing and clearly communicated with documented evidence. Instead, it caused unnecessary fear and confusion, and I left without confidence in what I was told. In addition, the glasses prescription I received was so inaccurate that it created major issues and ultimately had to be voided through my insurance. Multiple people involved in trying to correct the situation expressed concern about the accuracy of the prescription and the overall professionalism of this office. This was not a one-off inconvenience, it reflected a pattern of poor quality control and careless care. I strongly recommend seeking another provider, especially for anything involving retinal health or prescriptions.

Dr. Ortiz and his entire staff, without exception, are top notch. Extremely pleasant to work with, patient, professional and just awesome. I've undergone a significant cognitive decline over the last 6 months, and it's very common for me to ramble about previous medical experiences and become annoying to the point of being counterproductive to my own treatment. He and his staff somehow know when to reel me in and put be back on task without making me feel awful about myself. This takes serious skill, empathy, and dedication. He, along with all of his Team members are magicians at this. They put two direct competitors to shame during both of my visits! Thank you Dr.! I've found my "forever home" for eye care! My mother had her exam at this location and received part of her eyeglasses prescription, but wasn't given her pupillary distance. I drove her in today to quickly get that measured so she could get prescription sunglasses online (something I've personally had done quickly and without an appointment at many locations - it just takes one brief measurement with a tool they have in the area with the glasses). She was told by the woman working the desk in the glasses section that they don't give patients the pupillary distance, ever- that it's not something they do at all since that measurement is for them (which makes no sense unless you're trying to force someone to purchase from you only). She told her repeatedly to download an app. My mother is older and not the best with technology, which she explained since she and my brother had already tried that and couldn't get a consistent measurement. She was right there and there was no one else waiting for service. She was still refused service and left quite upset. She had already paid for an exam to get her prescription, wasn't given her full prescription, and then was denied that remaining measurement apparently due to concern she wouldn't buy glasses from them. Deplorable, especially to do to senior patients on fixed income, and especially when her personal eye issues will be made worse without accurate measurements.
