Cairo Eye Care

At first the eye doctor was a sweet woman that seemed like she knew what she was doing at first there was no issues got my eyes checked great so I elected to get my prescription glasses through firmoo which I have never had any issue with about 6 weeks later I got my glasses hen I put them on oh my hell I couldn't see straight they made my eyes go cross eyed so after about ten mints I took them off with bad headache so I took them to Cairo eye car to have them checked they checked them and said they was the right prescription their doctor gave me so I tried wearing them for a few days absolutely couldn't. C E C said I have to get used to them knowing there was no way I can wear that perscription I went to another eye doctor recieved a new perscription which was totally different from the one Cairo eye care gave me so be careful when going to Cairo eye care they might screw up your vision and then expect you to pay for their services that they gave me which was absolutely of no good to me now I wish I would have never went to them when it is all said and done they going to send it to collection for payment all I can say is good luck with that so ppl please be sure they give you the right perscription that you need not what someone thinks you need if ppl could put the perscription on that I recieved from Cairo eye care and the new perscription they would say they would 100% absolutely not pay Cairo eye care I garuntee it

The staff was very professional and nice. Dr. Hartsfell explained everything to me so I understood what care I needed to help protect my eyes. I really liked being able to pick out my glasses on spot and the staff was very helpful. Overall the staff were very nice, and pricing was very affordable. I would recommend Cairo Eye Care for your eyes!!

I have been going to this office since I was less than two years old. Always a great experience over the past 40 years. Very thorough exams, ordering frames and lenses in a timely manner to fit my needs. Great service!

The doctors and staff at Cairo Eye Care have been professional as well as compassionate. I have found them to be an office excelling in relationships rather than in sheer numbers. I am greatful to be one of the many people they have helped. Thank you all!

Being new to the area In April a close friend highly recommended Cairo Eye Care. After experiencing issues (from the beginning), I expressed the issues, leaving voice mails (with no call back), and even leaving a request to speak directly with the doctor (with staff acknowledgement that I would be called back the following day) I am left with the following summary. I would not expect reliable service and will not recommend this facility.

Overall check up was good and glasses were a good price but every time I try to contact them I either have to leave a voicemail with no hope of a callback or send an email that will never receive a response. Great service when you're there in person but don't expect them to care about your callins or emails. Very disappointed that a good review had to be smudged by their lack of ability to respond in a timely manner, or at all for that matter

The Dr that done my eye exam was ever nice and done a great job. The reason for the single star is because the help acts like it's ur privilege form them to let u come in and do business with them. I went to a different eye Dr to get me glass because of the way they tried to rush threw hole process of getting glasses for the first time at 37year old. When I was at the office where I got my glass. We had to get my records sent over. We filled out the release form a faxed it over. Then we call after waiting for a while then we waited some more. They did send my new eye Dr what he need but it was after I was long gone. New Dr let have all the time i i nd to look at different frames and options. The next day my new Dr call and said they sent the records. I scheduled a appointment to get fitted for contacts with Cairo eye care on the same day that they did my eye exam two weeks later I go to back for the appointment , when get they I was sent straight to the waiting room. Then the lady comes gets me and tells me that they need to reschedule because I was to over fifteen minutes late and that contac appointments take Avery long time and there's no way they could do it today. She then wanted to talk bout Rescheduling. Now I didn't time stamp every event and I will say that I was a few minutes after 11o clock ,but it's funny to me how I was on the phone with my wife while in line at the gas station telling her how blessed I was to be in there company for few minutes ,I look at my phone and the time is 11.22. At this point I flew hot because there's no way I was that late. 3 to 5 minutes in a waiting room. 3 to 5 minutes getting told they didn't have time for my appointment because I was late. 5 minutes to drive to the gas station. 11.22 - 11 minutes. Means I was still there before there 15 minutes late excuse and and I am pretty sure it was longer then 11mins.

Went in for an eye exam and was greeted by the friendly receptionist. I saw Dr Hartsell for my exam. She was very professional and courteous. I recommend Cairo Eye Care for your optical needs.
