Excellent service! Dr. Bradley is excellent, and Chris was so kind and courteous getting my dad's frames fitted just right. We felt valued and well cared for! We highly recommend!!

Well what an experience with this team of warm kind experience. From the ease of booking as a new patient to walking in the door ! Welcomed right away by a kind Marie Dockery, spent time with GM Chris Patton and everything was well explained to ease any anxiousness and smiles all the way on both sides , Dr. Bonnie was delightful and calming and full of very helpful input ( as we age our changing eyes can be scary ) . Then to boot Jordan Young was just as sweet a she could be and very helpful in explaining insurance as well as input on glasses. I am very grateful for my friends referral to Bradley Eye Associates

Dr. Bradley and her staff have always been incredible. However, since it changed to MyEyeDr the staff is terrible and incompetent. I ordered a refill of contacts and was told they would be ready in 2-3 weeks. 5-6 weeks passes and I never heard anything so I called. I was told they came in about a week ago and could pick them up anytime. I went in today and was told Dr Bradley was at lunch and by Ga law they could not dispense my contacts to me. Well, here is Georgia law: In Georgia, you can legally pick up a box of contact lenses even if the doctor is not in the building, as long as a valid prescription is on file. The prescription authorizes the dispensing, and the physical presence of the doctor is not required for a patient to retrieve a pre-ordered, authorized product. I am certainly going to miss Dr. Bradley, she was phenomenal. I wanted to update this terrible review with another terrible review. I just went back to pick up my lenses and they didn't even order both sets. Now they say they will mail them to me. These people are an absolute joke. To whomever called yesterday and offered $50 off my next purchase and I said I couldn't be bought. What happened to you correcting the issue with the horrible staff there?

Super glad to hear Jordan Is back! Loved working with her and chatting about my new look! She is very knowledgeable and caring! 5 starts all the way around the whole office was very pleasant! Would recommend!

These people are the best! They go to great lengths for their patients! Bonnie Bradley was awesome as usual, and everyone there was so friendly and helpful. I especially loved Chris! Thank you all for your help and kindness !!!

Came in for an adjustment and Mr. Patton was a pleasure to work with, he actually replaced some of the parts at no charge! Super friendly and reliable service :)

My mom and I had a great experience everyone was super friendly and very helpful. My mom had an appointment to get her eyes examined. I took my glass by because I had broken them Chris was great he fixed them for me. All the staff was amazing. Thank you all.

Every experience has been such a pleasure. The staff is very warm and welcoming right off the bat. When it comes to vision and eye health, I was looking for reliability and confidence.
