The doctor was outstanding during my first visit. she was attentive, patient, and took the time to truly listen to my concerns. I appreciated how clearly she explained everything what it meant, and what the next steps would be. The staff was welcoming, the atmosphere felt calm and everything moved smoothly from check in to checkout. I especially loved the music playing in the background.

I had an awesome experience at Jackson Eye from the moment I booked! They quickly followed up after I scheduled an appointment on their website, they contacted me to confirm my insurance and helped me sort through things when I input some information incorrectly, and they sent reminder texts. Getting there was smooth with ample parking options. Upon entry I was greeted kindly and I appreciated the steps they took for a healthy environment making sure everyone washed their hands upon entry. It was a short wait, and the technician was very kind and used updated tools that didn't require my eyes to be dilated all day. Dr.Jackson was so kind, knowledgeable, and patient answering all of my questions even about infant eye care! Following the eye evaluation part was a fun experience selecting frames. They also had a cool option of preselecting frames I'd like to try on before the appointment and they had the glasses ready! The assistant provided great service giving me recommendations for glasses with a great selection. Ive already recommend Jackson Eye to my family and I hope you also support this wonderful Black women owned business. Its fantastic!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. A was sweet as pie--warm, patient, and very thorough. She took the time to explain everything and made the exam feel easy and comfortable. The entire staff was professional, kind, and welcoming. I waited maybe three minutes, if that. The office was spotless, and the technology felt much newer and more advanced than other places I've been. I ordered two pairs of glasses after my exam and received them in about a week and a half. Both fit perfectly right away. Highly recommend this office - efficient, modern, and genuinely great care.

From the front office staff to the back office staff everyone was pleasant and very professional. Dr. Jackson is so amazing she took time to listen and was very patience but most of all had compassion and was very knowledgeable. I came in seeing very limited and left there seeing a whole new world. I can even see 100% better at night which is a plus for me. And I cannot tell you the last time I was able to see the smallest line with contacts and glasses. You can always expect the best from Dr. Jackson and the staff.

Best vision services I have received in a while. Appt at 10am. Quick friendly check in and immediately seen. Addressed my concerns and made sure I was educated on every step. Glasses purchase was smooth and easy. My glasses are never cheap but I got great stylish glasses at a comparable price.

This was my first time here and I absolutely loved it, the people and their personalities were great! I saw Dr. A, she was amazing, very attentive and asked plenty of questions and explained everything to me. I don't recall the young lady name that brought me to the back however she was great. She ran the initial test and set the tone for the exam. She made me feel comfortable and also was mindful enough to explain the test to me while also cleaning each piece of equipment in front of me before I had to place my face on it. This place is about 24 miles away from my house but it doesn't matter because I was impressed and felt well taken care of. Cleanliness was on another level, I was assisted by Megan for picking out my glasses and fitting. She was so helpful, she literally picked out the perfect set (5) of glasses of me to try on based off a few questions. I was able to pick a pair I absolutely love from her selection. Be sure to ask for her assistance, she was great. Concerning the timing they were very prompt. I didn't have to wait too long at any point however at the same time, I didn't feel rushed. Overall I'd give this place a 5 out of 5. If you are looking for the optometrist this is the place to go.

I had an excellent experience at this optometrist's office. The front desk staff was professional, welcoming, and efficient from the moment I arrived. The surroundings were clean with a great aesthetic, which made the visit feel comfortable and relaxing. The technician was very gentle and took the time to explain each procedure, so I always knew what to expect. The optometrist was extremely knowledgeable, clearly explained everything about the eye exam, and made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Overall, the entire team showed great care and professionalism. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a thorough, stress-free, and high-quality eye care experience.

I have been here a couple times before and loved every visit. However, today I came for my annual visit and was 4 minutes late. I was told I had to reschedule because they don't have a grace period. As she said this with a condescending smirk on her face. This is absolutely ridiculous! I drove 1 hour and 20 minutes to get there from work. Dr Jackson is nice, but front desk needs work on their customer service. I will never return nor refer anyone to go there. Word of mouth is powerful.
