My kids and I have been going here for years. The eye doctor is great himself BUT the staff.. front desk and floor are rough. From trying to get a simple question answered over the phone to speaking with them in person during check in. The women both Hispanic and white drives my anxiety. Smh this place would be wayyyy better if the Dr. cleans house. The culture seems off. For this reason , I have decided to find somewhere else. My kids are gonna miss the Dr. but the rudeness is unbearable with his staff!

Everyone who works here is amazing. The staff is kind and patient. The Doctor provide me a quick detailed exam. I was seen quickly. When I scheduled the appointment with a short notice I was seen within the week.

Amazing experience! It was my first time getting glasses, and the staff were so patient and helpful. They explained everything clearly, helped me find the perfect pair, and made the whole process super quick and easy. Highly recommend!

I am posting this review based on my experience with this office May 13, 2025. Upon arrival of my appointment I was checked in, asked for my copayment and was told I would be seen momentarily. To my displeasure this was not the case. The Dr. was running late, not that I was informed but over heard the front desk informing someone else. Just to clarify I was "on-time" for my appointment and received a confirmation text that I responded too the day before. Apparently he scheduled a meeting with some reps and chose to dismiss my appointment to meet with the reps. Again not being told why I was waiting....after 45 minutes after I had to ask, what was the issue I was finally told that the Dr. was meeting with eye reps, while I had been waiting. The audacity of not being considerate of my time as I was of his! Before making an appointment with this office I would consider how much your time is worth because my experience was this office surely doesn't care. I decided to schedule an appointment elsewhere because I have no time to be disrespected. Sincerely -No Longer your customer!!!

I absolutely love this establishment and the staff.They are super friendly and very accommodating to your needs...They are always willing to go the extra mile for you....

I give this business no stars. I had my first visit ever for my eyes there. I initially went there for not been able to read medicine bottles and very small print when reading. I got my first pair of reading glasses. When, I got home and start using them, I couldn't wear them because the glasses gave me headaches. So, I didn't wear them, I used an magnifying glass instead to read small print. Months, later I returned and receive another exam with a Vietnamese/doctor. He stated my distant was remarkable and vision as well. So he changed my prescription. So, i was given just reading glasses. When, I returned to get my new lenses, the (white male) staff member tried to convince me to get a new pair of glasses. Even though nothing was wrong with my glasses. I barley use them because there for reading only. I told him no twice! Then, when the lenses came in he stated it would take about 45 minutes to change them. So, I went home and returned and received a different pair of glasses although the frame was similar to my previous glasses. Also there were two small white pieces added onto the glasses. When, I tried them on it was a glare. I informed the lady upfront, these were not my glasses. She immediately became angry and started yelling, Those are your glasses! I pointed out several differences that those were not my glasses. I never had the nose pieces and I had a full frame around my lenses, now I only have a partially frame around my lenses with the same design. So, I called the police because they refuse to give me back my original glasses. The police arrived and the (white lady)up front tried to provoke me when the police arrived to fight by yelling and getting up in my face. I was not moved by her at all. The officer stopped her. The officer asked me if I had a picture of my glasses. I replied no, because I didn't think the eye clinic would steal my glasses. So, I had no proof and they said it was a civil matter. I don't recommend anyone that is copper color (indigenous) to go their for eye services. These people are thief's! They even sent me a bill for $7 when my insurance pays 100% And they will give you the wrong prescription for your eyes so you will lose your eyesight to continue to get business. RUNNNNNNNN!

I came in and got a check up because my eyes felt like they were having to strain. The girl on the phone was pretty nice when making my appointment. Dr. Vinh was really cool and took the time to explain things to me. All the office staff was nice. They did an awesome job making my glasses.

Staff is terrible.. doctor does great work but his staff makes me never want to return.
