The entire staff is incredibly kind and caring, and they truly go out of their way to make appointments enjoyable. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Reagin himself has a great sense of humor and always takes the time to make his patients feel seen and heard. I genuinely look forward to my visits and couldn't recommend this practice more.

Dr. Reagan and his staff were amazing from the moment we walked into the office. We felt so welcomed right away. During my little girl's exam, the doctor explained every step and was incredibly informative. You can truly tell he cares. Such a wonderful, caring doctor -- highly recommend!

Dr. Reagan and his staff are awesome and very accommodating. My family and I have been under his care for years. I visit his home office which is in his basement and is set up like a traditional waiting room with display cases and wall display with glasses. Depending on your prescription and their workload, they may be able to produce your lens in house that day. Overall we have loved his practice's commitment to maintaining a local business feel and customer service.

Richard is the very best! His caring competent and accommodating nature is a refreshing change from the big box stores and chains. His office is in the basement of his home and fully professional. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Reagin, Cindy (wife) and entire staff are AWESOME! My family have been patients for well over 15 years. I remember my first visit with Dr. Reagin, (so many years ago), was at his family office in Decatur. Everyone there were all so professional and extremely nice. They make you feel like a member of the family. I have stayed with Dr. Reagin since that first visit. Cindy is the office manager and she KNOWS her stuff! She takes the drama out of trying to figure out insurance coverage and billing. She handles it ALL! The other staff members are super nice and helpful. I absolutely love them and will never go elsewhere!

Hands down the BEST EYE DOCTOR EVER!!!! Dr. Reagin has taken care of our family's eye needs for the past 12 years. He has a warm and caring personality and is great with children. His wife Cindy, who manages the practice is amazing as well. They will take great care of you!
