Doublevision Eye Care GA

The doctor was good. My appointment went well for the most part. However, my contacts were supposed to arrive a week after my appointment. I've called twice to check on them and so far still nothing. I could have ordered from 1-800 contacts already and got them in 3-4 days. And gotten them cheaper. I wouldn't order contacts or glasses from here. Update: they called me and explained the delay being due to an issue with their vendor. They made it right and gave me one month contacts complimentary. I appreciate that so I'm updating the rating to 4/5.

Went and got my eye checked today at Doublevision Eyecare LLC and omg never thought I'd enjoy such an exam lol but the staff here is absolutely incredible they are fabulous! Friendly, clean, and so informative! It was a great experience! Such an underrated business that's right here in Columbus GA

I seriously can't say enough good things about Doublevision Eye Care! What started as a one-time special exam immediately turned into finding the permanent eye care home for me and my family. The moment you walk in, the clinic is spotlessly clean and smells fantastic--a small detail that makes a huge difference. The entire staff is professional, warm, and welcoming, making the exam process surprisingly easy and comfortable. But here's where they truly blew my mind: the eyeglasses! I was sure I'd be settling, but I was blown away by the prices on top brands I always thought were out of my league. Dr. Lakesha and Dr. Latesha are the dynamic duo! They made the entire experience both memorable and thoroughly professional. Stop looking around--the Doublevision experience is the real deal and I highly recommend it!

This place is a 10000/10 ;; from the receptionist all the way to the Optometrist Ms Story . Her customer service was extremely great ; she even educated me on things I needed to know about contact/glasses. She even helped me pick out frames that my insurance covered . I love this place and I want pray for her business to flourish!

I just had my first eye exam today at Doublevision Eye Care and I 100% recommend if you're looking for an optometrist. I'm thankful that I (and my kids) have a great place to go where we'll be taken care of. Thank you Dr. Lakesha (and staff!) for your great care and sweet manner today.

Yelp I was confused when I first enter their office .TWINS! thought my eyes were playing tricks on me(each eye)But once I got passed my confusion These Doctors treated me with kindness and presented a family oriented environment(the good side). Both Dr Story and Dr Walker were of gentle soul and as for the knowledge! hello they are Doctors of Optometrist! but they described in details the answers to my questions to where I could understand what was being said. Their present and gentle spirit made me feel really comfortable and relaxed to ask questions about my eyes without being hit with high end answers. As stated they are Doctors but they treat you like family and had so much concern about my health as much as my vision. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes about (2) months and when I was having vision issues and didn't know why. After addressing with Dr Walker my medical issues she became concern more about my sight not just as a patient(new)but as a concern family member in a way and she employed more information about my sight and its knowledge with having diabetes . She shared her knowledge with compassion and gave me an open door pass that if I have any questions about this new medical diagnose and its reference to my eyes I can reach out to her. These Doctors care in a different way, I cant express in words, you have to go an experience them yourself. Pleasant office staff and environment.! Double Vision EyeCare Doctors will not only have you seeing double but you'll see the caring and gentleness that follows it as well from these gentle souls .....

This was my very 1st eye exam in years! I must say the staff was very FRIENDLY and very inviting! Dr. Story and Dr. Walker both were VERY knowledgeable, kind, and very precise. Would I return? ABSOLUTELY! P.s. In the picture attached, I had my pupils dilated so I had on crazy glasses.

Our experience here was absolutely amazing. I have four kids and myself who all need glasses, so finding an office that is patient, organized, and genuinely kind means everything. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for. The twin sisters who run the office are not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly sweet and attentive. Their story is so unique, and you can really feel their passion for what they do. The rest of the staff was just as wonderful. They were patient with my kids, friendly, and great at explaining everything in a way that made us all feel comfortable. It is rare to find a place where five people can walk in for eye exams and leave with smiles on their faces, but they made it happen. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an eye doctor who truly puts care and customer service first.
