I have had great results at Optim Medical. Starting back in 2017 when Dr Mark Spivey replaced my right knee. Then again 18 months later he replaced my left knee. I was VERY satisfied with the staff and the way I was treated (and they were super nice to my family also)
Looking forward to when Dr Casey Spivey will fix my left foot (bone spurs on my heal, and tendon tearing) Two Thumbs up!

After having neck surgery I had to stay one night at this location. The hospital was clean, the staff & Drs & nurses that took care of me are friendly & helpful,patient & kind, the best of the best!! The nurse I had overnight he especially patient & understanding. I had a lot pain from the surgery. Great experience! Typical Savannah hospitality with Emily and Hana ensuring I was comfortable, prepared for and after the procedure, and clear on what to expect within the next few days! Doctor Woo was very clear to my wife on how the procedure went and the quality of life to expect in the future, all this while I was slowly coming out of the anesthesia. Extremely impressive hospital. It's super clean and EVERYONE was super professional and very kind. Almost no wait times as they move pretty quickly. Nothing but praises for this facility. I had back surgery where they went through the front. My L4, L5 & S1 were repaired and replaced discs. Dr Dasher was my surgeon and has his own exceptional abilities. I can't believe how easy this has been. I'm four days post op. Tiffany, Keke, Amy, physical therapists... just everyone was awesome! I only wish I had made a list to call them all out on here.

The level of care here at Optim shows how advanced the medical profession has become over the last decade. They start with what I believe to be the best surgeons in the country and they have a support system built around them that ensures they can deliver the caliber of care they demand from themselves to their patients. I have never been so impressed by the skills and knowledge of each and everyone I came in contact with. My total hip replacement was completed smoothly and quickly and I felt like I was the most important person there from the beginning to the end.
