Dr Parker and his team were great. We had a good experience going here. There's also a small glasses shop, the staff was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions.

Dr. Parker and his staff are very professional and friendly. Moved here from PA and tried the other local eye doctor, and they seemed like they couldn't care less. Dr Parker took his time and explained everything he was doing. This was my best eye examination that I have ever had. I highly recommend!

Dr Parker was great. However, he requested I come back in two weeks. I couldn't make the appt at checkout because they dilated my eyes and I couldn't see my calendar on my phone. I tried calling the Richmond hill office 5 times the next day and everytime, I got transferred to Savannah office. Once Savannah office answered they said they couldn't schedule me because they didn't see any notes in the system requesting I come back. Would transfer me back to Richmond hill, no answer from Richmond hill again, so Savannah office answers call again. Back and forth. I asked for an email address, because obviously calling isn't working and I don't have time to call a million times everyday. No email address. They also didn't call in my eye drop prescription like they said they would. Since I can't get them on the phone I can't get any of my issues resolved. I'll have to drive all the way out to Richmond hill just to tell them to make an appointment and call in my eye drops. Very frustrating.

Dr. Parker in Richmond Hill is the best! He is very thorough and takes all the time he needs to address all my questions and concerns! The girls in the office are always so sweet and helpful too! Especially the girls in the glasses area. I think I tried on every pair ,twice! before finding the ones I really really loved.

Saw Dr.Deich May 2024 and was pleased with his thorough exam. I went to the front desk to schedule a return appt in one year, but was told that they didnt have 2025's appt capability. They assured me that they would contact me once they started the new year's appt assignments. I didn't think anything more about it until this past monday, May 5, 2025 when i received a text message asking me to confirm my appt for thursday May 8 ! With only a 3 day notice, I had a conflict, so I called to reschedule. I was rudely informed that i would have to wait six months for the next appt in November 2025. No explanation given, just bluntly take it or not. I am happy with Dr.Deich, but the front office lady was beyond rude & dismissive. This was their error, not mine. After reading other reviews @ this R.Hill office staff, its obvious this is an ongoing problem that needs to be addressed!

Neither their website nor Google advises that the office is closed from 12:00 to 1:00. I drove 25 miles to pick up my glasses only to find they were closed for lunch. I had to wait in a running car for nearly 30 minutes, which wouldn't have been necessary if their hours of operation indicated they were closed at this time.

My first time experience here was absolutely terrible. The ophthalmologist himself was wonderful and did a thorough job during examination. However the front desk staff was having a hard time locating my insurance information and Roxanne was absolutely rude and impatient while I was trying to resolve this issue. She presented no desire in trying to help by rudely denying any type of email or phone call to resolve this dispute. She acted as if her time was being wasted with a disgusted attitude when she should be helping or at least have the decency to be respectful and patient. I will not be returning.

The last time I was a Richmond Hill GA Eye customer, it was almost a decade ago. It was my good fortune that I "misplaced" my previous glasses from another Savannah company and was forced to wear my emergency old pair from GA Eye. I soon realized that these were still better than my current glasses. With this wisdom, I called GA Eye to schedule an eye exam. The rest is beautiful history. Obviously, I am now a huge fan of the Richmond Hill branch. There's is no line of people, you're the star of the show, and they know what they're doing! The drive is worth it
