Update! The third time was a charm. They were correct this time and we learned that the issue was that certain colors cannot be ordered as polorized from oakley. This is frustrating but not the fault of waikoloa eye care.
I came here because of the great reviews and the staff was nice. However, I Paid over $600 just for prescriptuon sunglass lenses. After 2 weeks they came in and they were the wrong color and the wrong bi-focal placement. They reordered them, this time it took a month to recieve and they fixed the bi-focal placement however, wrong color again. So now we have to send them back AGAIN!
