I had been hesitant to go to a small town eye doctor for some reason but I went to American Falls Eye Center and I was very pleased. The staff were helpful Doctor Adair was very professional and through. I will stay with them from now on and it is only 12 miles away instead of 30 or 40.

The eye doctor here is great, yet with Tena gone (she has been kind and helpful in the past) the front desk people are quite awful and quite rude. Was quoted one price. Then they tried to charge me more than double. The lady was quite rude and annoyed I wanted the sides of the glasses adjusted so they would fit better. I absolutely would recommend going somewhere else unless you like being talked to like your trash by the front staff.

The front desk ladies are very kind and very helpful. Dr Adair was exceptionally awesome! This is my first time in contacts and gave me sample ones to try before we just ordered what he thought would work. Come find out I had an reaction to the first set and we had to switch me to a different brand. Melissa was awesome about teaching me how to put them in, take them out and how to care for them. This will be my eye place forever.

I absolutely love the AF Eye Clinic and the people working there. They're always so helpful and friendly! I've never left with a bad feeling, except maybe sore stomach muscles from laughing so much. The prices are good and the ladies take care of all the icky insurance procedures for you. Dr. Adair is extremely knowledgeable and great at what he does. Our family trusts him completely with our eyes. He always answers our questions, even the ones that seem dumb. Tena and Melissa are so great to work with and talk to. I can't say enough good things about them.

The lady Melissa could of been nicer. I just moved here and did not know state insurance doesn't cover vision for adults. Would of been happy to be a cash patient since I wear glasses and need my annual exam but the rude condescending tone I will be taking my family of 4 elsewhere. Front desk people our the first people you encounter with a business and reflects either badly or good on that business.

They failed to bill my insurance until almost 7 months after the exam, and now my insurance won't pay because they didn't bill it within 90 days. Now we have to pay the whole thing because THEY didn't do their job. That's $500 I didn't have.
