I had an excellent experience at Hailey Eye Center. I was visiting from out of state, and I'm very glad I chose to schedule my appointment here. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. The front desk girls were incredibly helpful when it came to selecting both my glasses and sunglasses, they took great care of me and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. The doctor was thorough, patient, and took the time to clearly explain each part of the exam. I especially appreciated the attention given to my concerns, particularly since it had been three years since my last eye exam. I felt genuinely cared for and never rushed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service.

I had a great appointment with Dr. Shaw! He listened to my concerns and addressed them in my visit there. I felt heard and listened to. I highly recommend Hailey Eyecenter/Vision Source for everyone in Blaine County. It saves a trip to Twin Falls and cost for the tests has come down in the last several years making it very affordable considering where we live!

I have always enjoyed going to Hailey Eye Center. They have all been very professional and pleasant. I just wish the service they use was quicker about getting the glass prescription filled.

I have complete confidence in Dr. Williams and his diagnostic expertise and treatment protocols. In addition, he is focused and present in his interactions with me. I appreciate his warmth and personal yet professional manner. The office staff is super helpful and cordial as well.

They charge $20 to heat up your glasses for an early piece adjustment if they aren't THEIR glasses . Even if you are an existing patient which i am . I just liked the frames i got online . . Who misses the unity in this community ?

Consistently rude and short- but it's a small town, so there are not a lot (or any) choices. The drs. are professional- the front staff? Not so much.

I've been going to Hailey Eye Center for many years. Recently, I had a concerning eye issue and gave them a call and they got me in and examined the same day. The staff and Dr. Kory Shaw were kind, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend them.
