I highly recommend this place to everybody. This was the most pleasant eye appointment I have ever been to. The staff was friendly and professional. In and out, they didn't waste no time. Thank you all for the amazing experience.

I was seen by Dr. Finley for a diabetic eye exam as well as a prescription update for my eyeglasses. From my first contact at the point of check-in, to my time with the doctor, to the time spent with me picking new frames, getting fitting data for the lenses, and discussing financing options, I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience! Dr Finley presented in a very knowledgeable, calming, and friendly way throughout the exam, which was appreciated. I felt like he answered my questions & concerns honestly, even though he could've gone in the direction of previous providers who were obviously more concerned with giving recommendations that ended up costing me more money, regardless of whether they were needed or not. I look forward to continuing on the path of my future eye-care journey with him as my eye doctor. As for the infinitely patient woman who helped me pick new frames and set up my new pair of glasses, from fit to financing, I'm so grateful that people like her still exist in this world! She was super friendly, patient, and helpful in every way. If you have eye-care needs in the Silver Valley, I would happily recommend Kellogg Vision Center! Based on my experience, I can't imagine anybody there leading you to disappointment.

About 6 years ago I had very negative experiences, not with the optometrist but with the staff. I recently gave them another try as I hate driving over the pass to CDA or Spokane if I don't have to. Gotta say, this recent experience is one of the absolute best I have ever had at an optometrist. Amazing staff! Great pricing. Will definitely continue to go there. Thanks a TON to the entire staff !

Probably some of the nicest ladies I've ever had the privilege of interacting with. I would like to specifically praise Liz for her friendly demeanor and her excitement to work with my young daughter. All in all, I wouldn't recommend any other optometrist office in the silver valley.

Absolutely love Dr. Miller and his staff! This place offers you comfort and treat you like family. Dr. Miller takes his job to heart and is very professional! He's a very kind man. The staff are friendly and funny! They will take good care of you and your family! Thank you for being you and all you do!!!

My 11-month border collie head-butted me and got my glasses all out of whack. I went to Kellogg Vision Center and they fixed them for me in no time flat without an appointment. They also sent me home with several free cleaning cloths. The staff were so incredibly friendly and welcoming. I can't wait to go back! Highly recommended!

Highest Recommendation-while traveling through Kellogg on my way to Glacier, I accidentally broke my glasses and brought them to this Vision Center. The optician immediately took my glasses and within less than 10 minutes returned the repaired glasses to me without any charge!!! I am so grateful their service and give them my highest recommendation and appreciation!!!

Only eye doctor in the valley but the don't accept medicaid for adults! Absolutely money grubbing selfish rich people who don't care about the community only their pockets. Also your explanation to me is even worse and wrong. Medicaid does cover eye examinations for adults I've been getting them my whole life. You just don't wanna deal with the extra paper work to be one that does! Further telling me how selfish and money hungry you are. Staff told me to go to cda to get seen as an adult and that's where I have gone but tried local. You Dr Miller are not what we need in the sliver valley. Go prey on the rich in a city
