I returned to take advantage of the 100 day satisfaction guarantee---I felt my Rx was incorrect. The associate at the desk was most gracious to me for my need and rearranging the appointment I had needlessly made. She worked me in to receive another exam. The examiner was gracious and patient with my several vision issues. I received a new Rx and will receive new glasses.

I called at 2:00 on a Saturday and thankfully was able to get an appointment for 4:00. The person who answered the phone answered my questions and was very helpful. Dr. Lisa listened to the trouble I was having with my vision after cataract surgery (at a different provider) a few months ago. The solution they suggested, multifocal contact lenses, are very expensive and not in my budget. Dr. Lisa didn't think they would be my best option financially or for improved vision. She had different suggestions and after explaining each one, we decided to try one contact for near vision and nothing in the other eye. I have very shaky hands and activities requiring fine motor skills are very difficult. One staff member suggested another staff member would be able to help. She took time away from what she was doing, to patiently help me succeed! The difference in my near vision was immediately noticeable and so improved!! I can now read at a normal distance, view Waze directions while driving instead of needing to stop and put readers on, and see texts and emails on my phone. Not only did Dr. Lisa improve my eyesight, which was causing extreme difficulty for me to function, she also worked with my budget, allowing me to even afford contacts. Without Dr. Lisa taking time to listen to me, and suggesting a different option, I would not be able to see anything up close without readers. I will not have to constantly remove the readers to see the area around me clearly. I am honestly so appreciative! I highly recommend Dr. Lisa and this location. Thank you everyone!

The two woman that assisted me were amazing! Took the time to find glasses that were right for me with no rush! Exam was great, they answered all the questions I had on warranties, discounts, and also all the questions I had! 5/5 would recommend!

They staff was amazing. They were professional, made you feel comfortable and felt like they enjoyed working there. It was nice to see them work together and how they interacted with customers.

Did not have to wait for my appointment to start. They had all paperwork and insurance taken care of before I walked in. Scheduling the appointment on line was fast and easy as was the paperwork. The ladies working in the front were very pleasant and helpful and the Doctor took his time with me instead of rushing me out. Would highly recommend.

I will recommend to family and friends. I would have loved to see prices posted for services such as transitional lenses, tints, contact lens eye exams, line/no line bifocals, etc... The optometrist and staff were attentive to my needs. Overall, I left satisfied.

STAY AWAY! Do not go here. Tell you one price on the phone when booking, then once you get there it's another price. Their staff don't know their rules at all or pricing policy! Super disappointed in the faulty information that was given.

Much better now that they have other doctor. They all listened to my concerns and took the time until I was comfortable with how my glasses will be.
