Toni and Jackie are amazing as well as the rest of the staff. I love the love and care they give our clientele. They are kind, understanding, and accommodating. Glasses come in a timely fashion which we love and the facility is very clean and inviting! Will be coming back.

Slowest place i have ever been to. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and been here for 4 years now. It's a regular eye office, and you get what you need, but expect every apt to take almost 2 hours. Not sure if they over schedule or what the issue is but it has happened to us every time. We will be switching over.

Don't go here or any of the other Marion Eye Centers. They got my prescription messed up so bad!

Put some purple transition lenses in my Gucci frames and they turned out perfect! Everyone here was super nice as well!

I hadn't been in for a while yet the doctor remembered me and my kids, so that made me feel valued as a customer. The staff went out of their way to describe my insurance benefits to me and even printed the facts out for me. Glasses selection was great. Wait time was short for both the visit and for getting my glasses in once they were ordered. Overall, it was a great experience getting glasses from Marion Eye Center. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Really like this office everyone was friendly and helpful. The doctor explained everything to me in detail so I could understand. Tried the progressive lens and didn't like them. I took my glasses in they sent them off to have different lens put in so I would be able to see to work. The glasses came back in just a couple of days. They take very good care of there customers.

An attempt to schedule an appointment here has made me decide to find another optometrist entirely. They clearly do not value their customers or their customer's time. They initially couldn't get me in for over a month. I scheduled my appointment for a month and one week away. Two weeks before the appointment they called to tell me the doctor had decided to go on vacation and I couldn't be seen at my scheduled time. This was surprising . Why would they schedule appointments for a planned vacation? Or was this a sudden vacation?It would now be TWO MONTHS before they could schedule me for an appointment. I'll find an optometrist that values their customer's time and doesn't treat people's appointments like they don't exist when they have them scheduled well over a month in advance. I can understand being busy but if you decided to go on vacation and not respect scheduled appointments, you should prioritize the appointments you've cancelled for your sudden vacation.

I've only been one other time, today is my eye exam to get new glasses when I was there to get my eyes checked for Diabetes ( Im diabetic) everyone was so friendly and helpful. The doctor was able to explain things to me in a clear and concise way! I am so thankful I choose the Carterville location! They are amazing
