I highly recommend Dr Dena Colantino!! Dr Colantino is very thorough and her bed side manners are outstanding!!! All of the staff here at Clarkson are friendly and make you feel welcomed when walking through their door!!

I have been seeing double for over 2 years. I had surgery in April to correct it, it did NOT work. I've been seeing Dr. Cosentino on a regular basis, so she is very familiar with me. On the 9th of January, I had my first post-op exam, and she went above and beyond to get my prescription exactly right! She took over an hour to do it. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, including sunglasses. I can't wait!

I am a regular patient at the Clarkson Eyecare facility on the Beltline in Collinsville, IL. Everyone in this facility is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr. Colantino is excellent. She utilizes every test and device to keep track of my insulin dependent diabetic eyes. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was planning on never returning to this place. I had an appointment set for an entire year. I received an email that I needed to confirm my appointment by phone, which I did. Spoke to a lady and it was all confirmed. Day of appointment, I received a text stating that my appointment was not confirmed and was cancelled. I called and spoke to someone and she blamed the "system" that they use. If you do not reply immediately to the text it will cancel your appointment. I told her that I never got a text and that I replyed to an email and the person told me it was confirmed. Well, naturally there was nothing that she can do becasue the system gave someone else the appointment. Now I have to take time off from work to go to my new appointment. THEN, I get a phone call stating that my Dr. had a meeting and was running late. As I do appreciate the heads up, and unless it was an emergency, why would you make an appointment during a meeting? I did go to appointment, felt a bit rushed by Dr.. Now why I will be returning to this location, the actual people that helped me were amazing!! Being over 50, sometimes I judge quitetly to myself when I see nothing but the younger generation working at the front counter. It makes me a bit apprehensive. I could not be any more wrong. From the girl who checked me in and helped me pick out frames, to the girl that did the pre-eye check , even the man that just was there helping others, they were friendly, sweet, kind, funny, non judgemental, and really helpful. Becasue of those 3 "kids" I will definitely be returning. To wrap it up Clarkson Eyecare, get rid of your "system" it sucks, but keep the employees that were at the Collinsville, IL location. Reason for only 3 stars, the phone/conformation system really hurt the rating. I was told by the lady on the phone that they get nothing but complaints about it. So fix it!!!

Dr Colantino is very nice. However office help has not followed through with her request for my appointment with Quantum for further cataract surgery. I was told to wait 2 days. Received nothing yet.

Very disappointed.. got held up at work and walked in exactly 12 minutes late to my appointment and was told I had to reschedule since I was more than 10 minutes late. WOW!!! I explained I've never not waited longer than that before to even see the Dr. at any appointment and they still said I'd have to reschedule. Crazy how drs can run behind but we can't!! Guess I'll take mine and my families eye needs someplace else! Shame because I really liked Dena. Also a shame they couldn't work with me given I've never been late before.

Everyone was very professional and kind and timely. It was a bubbly atmosphere which you would not expect at 5 pm. Everyone was great! Would highly recommend.

Everyone was so helpful and nice! But Taj was especially great. Very helpful with picking out glasses! Great experience overall!
