I came into the vision center today because I needed a replacement frame. Which I've gotten before from this location. I called first, the guy said to come in they would replace the frame no problem. I walked in there is a girl with a blondish brown wig on her phone not paying attention. Finally she asked me how she could help me. Told me she couldn't sell me my frame. Or order my frame. I knew she was just lying because she was lazy and didn't feel like doing work. Drove to another Walmart got my frame no problem in 5 minutes.Ashame It be our own people that don't want to help us smh.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not bother going to this place at all. My wife had to wait nearly two months for her contacts and we are still waiting on our sons glasses. I do not recommend this place at all it's not worth the headache. They tell you one day that it'll be here and then that day comes and you still don't have your items. My wife had to argue with them for days for them to call the lab to see where her contacts were.

The woman who took care of my 7yr old daughter was intoxicated smelling like she just. Left the bar. She had the bright light in my baby's eyes and would never tell the child to look away she was just not focused. Who shows up at work drunk in a Monday morning she should have called off. I have been going to this location since I was 3 years old. They do a great job checking out the health of your eyes, as well as prescribing glasses for vision correction. Dr. Benavente is very professional, and really checks to ensure that your prescription is correct. The selection and prices are great, especially for kids.

It was my first time going to the vision center and I was very satisfied with the experience I highly recommend Dr. Benavente, he took his time didn't rush and made sure to get the right prescription for my vision and Melody C. Was very helpful aswell she help me choose my frames and made sure I was satisfied with my choice. The vision center is clean and staff clean after each patient.(walmart its self is a different story) & The pricing is also fair.

The place is good the doctor treat me good. But I have problem that in this place they didn't take my insurance ( my insurance is really good) the lady in the front was a little prepotent I came with appointment but it didn't work I wait more..
