Armando and Dr. Patel were fabulous! Armando greeted me and made me feel comfortable. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. Dr. Patel was extremely caring and made sure to take her time. I have never had an exam like the one she gave. She checked everything and even saw a small issue she was uncertain about. I'm so happy she went with her gut and sent me to a specialist or else I would have lost my left eye. When I was finally able to get glasses, Armando was a huge help. He told me about my benefits and everything I would need with my glasses with as much as I wear them. He even helped me pick out glasses that worked with my style. He was completely honest and extremely helpful with the entire process. I will continue to come here because of how helpful and caring Dr. Patel and Armando were. I have told all of my friends about this place. It is nice knowing there are caring people in this world still. Thank you Dr. Patel and Armando for being wonderful.

This is the best vision place I have ever been to. That's says a lot as I'm on the older side. They are the most professional eye team that I have ever been to, and I feel they did more checking than any other eye doctor in the past. My new glasses are perfect. I won't ever go anywhere else and have already shared that information with my friends and family. All employees were friendly as well. Definitely 5 stars!

I had my examination at the Niles location but their frame availability was very limited due to remodeling, so I went to the Dundee location at my daughter's suggestion (which is actually much closer to me). Other than not knowing that they closed the office for lunch, I was very happy with my decision to go there. I was seen right away and they had a huge selection of styles/colors to choose from. Dorothy helped me and was so thorough and very personable! My grandson was with me as he had gotten his glasses there a few months prior and the lens was popping out of the frame. The store manager took them to the back to try to fix them. She came back and told us the frame was defective and she had ordered a replacement already. I was impressed with the service from both young ladies we dealt with and will definitely be going back there for future glasses!!

Be careful and listen to what the sales (yes, sales) person is saying. I went in for my annual checkup today. While I was sitting and waiting for my appointment, I heard a women arguing with the desk staff about what she was told when she took out the insurance for her glasses if they ever break. The staff tried very hard to convince her she had misunderstood what she was told last year, but I remembered being told the same thing. Now, I didn't take out the insurance, because I hardly wear my glasses. Didn't think to much of it. Saw the doctor for all of 10 minutes- super basic exam. Heard the doctor say my Script was exactly the same as last year to the desk staff. When I went to check out, the sales person said "your script is almost the same. Are you getting new glasses and contacts." I corrected him - there was no change- and said "no." He then tried to charge me for 2 exams - the basic one, I got, and a contact fitting. I didn't get fitted for contacts. I said "no." He tried several times to tell me I got both and then finally told me I was paying for the new script, not the exam. I can't say these are deceptive practices exactly, but they're not honest. I will not be going back there again. The more these big companies take over small businesses, the harder it is to find an honest eye doctor or dentist to go to.

Dr. Patel is by far the BEST optometrist I have ever seen! She is very thorough, and she explains everything that she is doing. I highly recommend her as your primary eye care doctor. Dr. Patel also saw my kids and she made them comfortable and at ease with the whole process. The staff is also very friendly. They help you save money on your contacts with rebates and other discount programs. Armando was also very transparent when processing my glasses order. He explained everything that he put on my glasses and explained my insurance benefits as well. I would give Rosin Eyecare in East Dundee 10 put of 5 stars if I could!

Dr. Patel is Great, I am 68 years old and have been to several other Eye Doctors in the Area over the years. This was my first time at Rosin Eyecare in East Dundee Illinois. I do not remember getting a prescription that I was able to see everything so much clearer. I am seeing things in such a improved way, I had no idea some thing looked the way they do. Even my new frames fit well Lisa adjusted them for me a week ago and I do not need them re adjusted. My wife was with me on my Eye exam, She has made an appointment and has already had her eye exam and is waiting for her new Glasses. I m sure my wife will be very happy with her new prescription as I am . Thank You to the Staff and Dr. Patel in East Dundee.

I have been hear a few times and each time I am impressed with the staff. They are courteous and are honest in their recommendations. A shoutout to Armando who has helped me pick out a great pair of glasses and got me a good deal on contacts. The only reason this gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because the doctor seems disinterested in what you have to say, leaving you feeling like your just another checkbox. there is no real connection made with her and it can be uncomfortable talking to someone so clinical and aloof. This has been the case the last two times with the new doctor but if you can put up with that then by all means go. The Staff make it worth it.

I always have a wonderful experience here! No waiting at all and they have tons of trial contacts right there in the office so you can walk out with a great pair that day! I used to have to come back a week later at my previous eye center because they didn't have any trials on hand. So happy with my options there and everyone is so wonderful there!
