Dr. Williams will be greatly missed by this patient. Due to the weather I was unable to see Dr. Williams before she left. I was given an appointment with the new provider. The office was busy, my appointment took longer than expected, though the provider was dealing with a bit of a handful before my appointment and ended up splitting her time between the two of us. I did not find the provider very personable, especially when meeting a patient for the first time, I am not sure I will agree to an appointment with her in the future.

I felt the exam itself was very thorough and the doctor explained everything well. The person who helped with buying glasses was helpful and did not try to oversell options/add-ons. When I received my glasses, they needed a little adjustment for the progressive lens to fit right and they were very helpful. Great follow through service :)
