I had terrible eye pain for 3 days and finally thought I should get it checked out. I called and left a message to be seen. They returned my call in less than 30minutes and I was seen in under an hour. Top notch customer service!

I have been having an eye problem and every time I have to go see Dr. Nick I feel that he is very thorough and examining my eyes. It is very easy to go for my appointment here in Galva and when I drive up one of the girls will be there to help me through the doors and even at times help me back to my car.

Staff is amazing. Doctor is patient, nice and friendly and understanding. I will definitely keep coming to his office for eye care.

Unfortunately, I have to leave one star. I'd leave zero if I could. I have been a patient at this facility for over 20 years and I have finally been left with no choice but to transfer care. The staff has NO care to follow HIPAA, that every single patient is protected by. A team member got into my chart, to send me a personal email for their personal use. I reported it to the correct team members and then it got worse. I went to my next appointment was REFUSED SERVICE and made to be the bad guy in the situation because one of their team members breached MY privacy AS A PATIENT. As a human, to you, another human - please know that your information will not be protected by any staff member and the doctors and COO couldn't care less. Do better. Be better.
