I visited the Granite City office and everyone is so friendly. Seriously from the receptionist to the technician every one was amazing!! Dr.Havera was very nice took his time and explained more than any other doctor has in the past. I didn't feel any pressure to make extra purchases, and was only charged my copay for my vision insurance. Best eye appointment I have had in a long time.
