I never had a problem getting glasses until I came here. The first time, there was an issue with the size of the frames, the type of prescription, and the bifocal. I was told to keep wearing the glasses, that I needed time to adjust. Normally, I agree with that, but when you get headaches minutes after putting them on, can't see clearly, feel dizzy, and your vision is almost like a drunk feeling, it's a problem. It took a few phone calls before they would accept that I was having a problem with them. It did finally get worked out, though, after some time. Four plus years have passed, and I've never received a phone call or text with a reminder of a possible need for new glasses or an eye exam. This time, again, there was no guidance on the size of frames, type of bifocal, prescription, etc. I had to ask questions because I didn't want to go through that mess again. I hope I asked enough of the right questions to not have this problem again. Workers should be able to point out issues.
