I had an excellent experience at this eye doctor's office from start to finish. The entire team made my visit incredibly smooth and comfortable.
Lexi greeted me as soon as I walked in with a warm smile and helped get me checked in quickly. Paloma and Jen were both wonderfully attentive during the pre-exam process--thorough, patient, and happy to answer any questions I had.
During my exam, the doctor was professional, clear, and genuinely invested in my eye health. I never felt rushed, and everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand.
Afterward, Lupe and Lote assisted me with picking out new frames, and they were fantastic--honest, helpful, and great at offering suggestions that fit both my style and needs. Karina wrapped things up by helping with insurance details and scheduling, and she was friendly and efficient.
Overall, this office has an amazing team. Everyone--from Lexi at the front desk to Karina on the way out--made my visit feel personal and stress-free. I highly recommend them!

Nice office with a decent selection of frames. The staff is what really makes the experience so good. My doctor was very knowledgeable and took the time to ensure that I understood my prescription and what contact options I had. Once we identified the best contact lens prescription, I worked with Lupe M to learn how to care for, put in and remove the contacts. This process was more difficult than I anticipated, but Lupe was so patient and made sure that I was comfortable doing it on my own before leaving.
