Dr. Lindsey Rector was knowledgeable and professional. I have had a lot of internal eye issues in the past and she listened and took her time with my exam. Amanda was SO good at helping me narrow down my frame choices!!! and she was fun to work with too! We had a few laughs at some of my more wild choices. She quickly worked out pricing with my insurance which also helped me make good decisions. Jamie at the front desk working with billing was responsive and even called back today to address a previous insurance submission for my husband. This office is spacious, well maintained and clean.

I am deeply disappointed in the terrible optical service I received. I saw Dr. Jeff Peitrzyk, who was wonderful! His bedside was amazing, but sadly he needs to work on his staff. I have never gone to a yearly eye appointment that the optical staff never sat with me to help find a pair of glasses. I was completely on my own and then when I asked a questions about ordering a different color in a frame I found, the lady there at the time was unsure. Apparently the staff member who does the ordering was not available. My appointment was later in the day and they seemed to want to rush me out, they wanted to go home and it was obvious. There was 30 minutes left before closing, enough time to assist a patient. I then called them a week later asking if they could order a frame for me in a different color to see it. I was told it would take a week. Here I am 2 months later waiting. Unfortunately, as good as Dr. Peitrzyk was, his staff has left me no other choice but to go elsewhere. I have never had this type of horrible service the 30 years I have worn contacts and glasses.
