Visibly Better Eye Care

I recently set up an appointment for 11:30 in the morning, but somehow completely forgot what time the appointment was for (single parent life, am I right). Even after sending the confirmation text that my appointment was for *11:30* in the morning, I planned my whole day around being there at 2:00 in the afternoon. It was only after the assistant/receptionist couldn't find my appointment that I looked back at the confirmation and realized my mistake. No worries, he said, and he got me seated and started right away. Both he and the doctor were so incredibly gracious and understanding, getting me taken care of and not forcing me to juggle future days to be able to be seen. I'm just so grateful for this

I really liked the Dr. and the receptionist was also terrific! However.. there were NOT enough technicians/staff/people to help once I came out of the appointment. I scheduled here, bc it's convenient to get to and from work. I was on a 90 minute break and couldn't wait anymore after the appointment I waited for 25 mins - but the staff was busy (or on break). So I had to leave. It would have probably taken 5 -10 mins to help me order my contacts. I felt like they didn't care bc not only did anyone bother to say "we'll be with you as soon as we can!" But there was a woman who apologized ( to her co-workers that she needed to go on her break), instead of apologizing or choosing to help me. I've been in the service industry for over 30 years so to me... that was basic bad customer service. It might be helpful in future to schedule the people working the counter to staff help people coming from the eye appointments. I wasn't ordering glasses I was ordering contact lenses - again I only would have taken 10 mins max.

My experience was so effortless and efficient. I see both Dr Kaplan and Dr. Knobel, and they are both so pleasant and knowledgeable. They really helped me with my old eyes and contact lenses in getting the right bifocal fit, even though I know I'm a difficult patient.

Rated a "3" because when I made my appointment, the scheduler told me WRONG information...said I was covered under my current insurance I told her about and I was NOT...did not find this out until AFTER my exam, so I was forced to pay for this appointment myself...I'm VERY upset, as my husband has been unemployed for a long time and money is extremely tight! Something needs to be done to train these schedulers to know about insurance coverage! This is nothing against Dr Knobel AT ALL! I am very pleased with her, a terrific Dr...

Lovely staff, efficient and caring eye care professionals. They run a very prompt appointments and had me in and out in no time. Located within Costco it was easy, one-stop shopping!

Recently, I've been seeing Dr. Kathy Knobel for my eye issues. Dr. Knobel is experienced, kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She not only treated my eye condition and offered helpful suggestions, but also took the time to answer all my questions with great patience. She even searched online to visually explain what she was describing, which helped me fully understand everything. I feel truly lucky to have been treated by Dr. Knobel, and I deeply appreciate Dr. Knobel for her excellent care as well. I'm sharing my experience here for anyone looking for an eye doctor. I truly believe you'll feel just as fortunate to be in such good hands

A great experience for my family and myself. Dr Knobel is super knowledgeable and takes the time to understand each patient's needs -integrating eye health with complete health. Sooo patient!

Dr. Knobel is amazing. She was beyond patient with my nervous daughter and even spent time helping us pick out frames! Her ability to make my child feel at ease made all the difference. The reception staff was friendly and attentive and we will absolutely be back.
