I'm so glad I found this place! In the past, anytime I would go to these eye doctor chains, the experience wasn't good. The staff was rude, I had a long wait, etc. Everyone at this Shiloh location have been so nice and helpful every time I come in. This is definitely new regular eye doctor. A+

The entire staff, from reception to check out were amazing. Greeted with warmth & smiles and didn't wait long to go back for my appointment. The technicians I worked with were knowledgeable and answered all concerns and questions I had. Dr. Stack is awesome, very personable and thorough. I've been with Clarkson Eyecare for years, and will be switching from my current location to the Shiloh location for my future eye care needs.

From the moment I stepped into this location until the time I left, I was met with a courteous and welcoming vibe. All the staff were very helpful. Dr. Stacks was energetic and explained the test and results to my understanding. I was able to find a cute, stylish pair of glasses that I can't wait to pick up. Everyone was very accomidatingwith me as I was in a lot of pain with my back. They were patient and professional. The optometrist explained my eyes and worked with me on getting glasses. Great job everyone!!!

Very nice staff. Dr. Molly Stacks is a very friendly bundle of energy. No pressure for in store purchases. Very helpful with what your insurance will cover.

Dear Clarkson Eyecare Corporate Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent service I received at your location. I have been a loyal Clarkson Eyecare customer for several years, but my most recent experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. On August, 27, 2025, I purchased a pair of eyeglasses totaling $504.70. There was a significant delay in receiving my glasses due to the lab breaking the original frames, and the replacement frames being on back order. When I finally received them, I realized I was not satisfied with the frames. We realized the lenses weren't thinned out as I always get them. Alexis, made the necessary adjustments and sent a request for the lens to be thinned out. I received a call that the lenses were in and I could picked up the frames. When I arrived I was still not pleased with how the frames looked on me. The office manager, Tammy, handled the situation very poorly--her tone and attitude were rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concern or offering a solution, she focused on why I had not been charged for the lens thinning. I explained that Alexis had tried to accommodate me due to the extended delay (over 30 days) in receiving my glasses. I was informed that nothing could be done because the lenses had been thinned and that's considered my "re-style". Unfortunately, this accommodation was never communicated to me that this is considered a re-style and that you only get one restyle. I believe that customers deserve the same level of care and professionalism when seeking help with an issue as they do when making a purchase. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Additionally, I contacted corporate and spoke with Tara over a week ago, but I have not received a call back or any update. This lack of communication only adds to my frustration and disappointment. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and resolved. I would appreciate a full refund. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss this further. I'm not a customer/patient of theirs but this has made me reconsider! I bought glasses online and was feeling pretty regretful because the fit just wasn't working. I went in to talk about them and just get some more information. I'm not a customer but still they treated me really well and took the time to answer my questions, and even adjusted my frames for free. I've changed my mind about the glasses and I'm really grateful that they helped me even though it meant no sale. Many many thanks to the optician!

I went into the Shiloh location to get my work glasses tightened. The gentleman not only tightened my work glasses, he offered to tighten my sunglasses, as well. He was very kind to do that! The woman working the front office/desk was very friendly also! The store is very clean and well organized. They have fantastic selection of glasses and they are very professional. I highly recommend them! I will be back there to get new glasses after my cataract surgery!
