Dr. Boyd is a wonderful, trusted optometrist! Our family has been going to him for many years. Can we talk about their staff?!? They are the best! Everyone is always greeted warming and joyfully when walking through the doors. Offices are always very clean, plenty of comfortable seating, magazines and a t.v. for those who may find themselves waiting. It's worth noting that the t.v. is set to a soft setting with subtitles, always appreciated. There is also a Coffee Kuerig for those interested. A large selection of eyewear and accessories are available.

Hands down the absolute best eye doctor I have ever seen! My husband had a corneal ulcer pop up on his eye overnight and was experiencing the worst pain he's ever had, that morning we were going to the ER and had to stop for fuel. In the line to pay we met a nurse that works here and she told us to follow her right to the office instead of the ER because he looked terrible. Within the hour the Dr had seen him, treated the eye and called in meds. Dr. Boyd didn't have to fit him in and he didn't have to help us in that emergency but he did and ended up saving us thousands by not going to the ER. Thank you Dr Boyd, we're lifelong patients now!

My most recent visit to this office opened my eyes to the low level of professionalism of Dr. Boyd and some of his staff. Not only was I ridiculed about my employment status, with the insinuation that I would be unable to pay my portion of the bill, but I was also scolded by Dr. Boyd for not returning every year as he had supposedly told (ordered?) me to do, then mocked by him for supposedly not taking care of my glasses (which were in fact NOT dirty or scratched as he alleged). At that point he pulled one of the dirtiest, most disgusting glass-cleaning cloths I have ever seen out of his pocket and proceeded to "clean" my already clean lenses. I should have walked out right then and there. Really, I shouldn't have returned to his office at all, since the technician who fitted the glasses I bought from him a few years ago had done a very poor job. I did learn one valuable lesson through this abysmal experience: to compare notes with family members on their experiences. After this most recent bad experience, I FINALLY heard from my husband and daughter that Dr. Boyd and his staff had also been very rude to them, and interestingly, the you're-too-poor-to-buy-glasses insult had been done to my daughter too! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

This place is amazing and assisted in an emergency situation while on vacation. The staff was helpful and willing to go above and beyond.

I tried to make a appointment for a eye exam and the receptionist on the phone was so rude that I ended the call and took my business elsewhere and will never use them again
