I got sent to this location from Champaign Walmart vision center. Todd almost died because he had to repair my daughter's glasses. I offered to pay for services, Champaign inform me they were still under warranty. Todd told me next time I will have to get a refund on my autistic daughter's glasses because he will not keep fixing them. This was the first time they had to be fixed. Excuse me, why would you not fix my daughter's glasses?

I cannot rate them even a 1 star however to leave a review I have to. My aunt of 80 has been in 3 times. There was apparently no write up on what they were doing with the lenses. She has been back 3 times so far and the lenses are still not correct! And they charge her more money with every change! It sounds like taking advantage of the elderly. The frames she has now are slightly bigger than the frames she had at first and they did not do any pupil measurements until after the lenses were made. She had to take them back once because it looked like she was wearing sunglasses 24/7 and had only asked for anti glare which should not cause that. They keep telling her she can't see because the rx changed... really?! I have no idea who else to speak to regarding this blatant disregard for her well being and thier financial responsibility to patients.

They say there open on Sundays online I went there they are not open on Sundays. They just updated their online thing 3 weeks ago, they need to re update it saying they are still closed on Sundays.
