Very nice people would recommend to anybody.got my byfocals fast .I will be going back. I felt like I was a priority. I also felt like they did a very good thorough job. When did the eye test. I got the script exactly right. So far so good love my new glasses. Will be gone back again.

It's the worst service. They like to steal money from people. They fitted my wife and my glasses. When we picked them up, it was impossible to see they had too much magnification. We asked for our money back and only got about 40% back. It's not right because it wasn't our fault. They messed up their exam. They should have their licenses revoked for abusing people.

I have had the worst experience just trying to make an eye appointment for my son. I was disconnected after 10 minutes of being on hold the first time when they put me on hold. I then called back and yet again, I was put on hold. I am currently going on 19 minutes after the receptionist said hold on for a "few seconds"!
