I was very disappointed in the service I received in regards to glasses. I went to pick up glasses to receive only lenses maybe it was a misunderstanding. So it was clearly communicated to then order the glasses and if there is a balance I would post it. Went today no change. Wife called and you can clearly see that lady who answered the phone knew it was her because she stated hold please. Then when returned to phone stated I would need to speak with optical and she is busy. I am not reaching out to my insurance to submit a dispute for the lenses I did not receive

I have been patient before Dr.O was there and the staff is always a pleasure to work with. However, the lady they have trying to sale their frames need to job shadow the other employees. Her customer service and demeanor is below average one of the reason I didn't purchase glasses. Very Disappointing after years of superior quality service.
