I ordered my glasses a month ago. I've been calling every Friday to see if they were ready. I called Monday they said the frames that I ordered were out of stock and they had to use the ones they had on display. They were also supposed to call me back and give me an estimated time of delivery and they never did. So, I called today to see if they were ready to pick up and yet again they were not. She apologized and said she would call back with another estimated time of delivery that I have yet to receive. I will not be returning to this place!!

I had a great experience at Evans Piggot & Finney Eye Care. They complied with masking , which I was glad to see. There was minimal waiting, they were very quick and efficient. The optometrist was thorough and talked over several options for me regarding my changing prescription - very helpful. And when I picked out frames, the staff made sure that I got the frame color I wanted (black) even though the model color was a dark navy and I wasn't sure whether they came in black. Highly recommend.

The exam was fine. The front desk/person that answered the phone was curt and disrespectful. I was running a little behind and she told me if I was 10 minutes late my appt would be canceled. I told her I was sitting in front of the office on Ferry St. She told me the office wasn't located there anymore. I asked where they were located. I was late because the letterhead they used and the address on the email I received was the Ferry St. address in Attica. The office is now located on E. Main St.
I told them it was their responsibility to make sure patients had the right information. Get it together.
