Norman and Miller Eyecare

Highly recommend!!! The staff are all very welcoming, friendly, and professional. The clinic is clean and all the equipment is well cared for. You can tell they care about their patients and take pride in their work. They don't pressure you into buying anything you don't need. All my questions and concerns were answered confidently by the knowledgeable staff. Everyone was very understanding when I had to bring my kids to an appointment and made them feel welcome. I'm glad I found this clinic and will be a customer for a very long time!

I have been going to Dr. Norman for many years now and highly recommend their office to everyone. I continue to go there (and pay out of pocket) although they are no longer in my eye insurance network. Their services are worth the extra spend to me (Prices are very treasonable too). From the minute you arrive everyone is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. if you haven't been there, give them a call - you won't be disappointed.

Didn't have to wait for very long. Dr. was very thorough and explained everything better than any I've had. Great selection of frames. The front staff was very helpful and friendly. Would greatly recommend!

The staff worked with me to make a good decision about my glasses. I enjoyed visiting with the new doctor that I saw. Norman Eye Care is a great place to keep your eyes working well.

I Understand I had missed my first couple appointments, because they kept clashing with my work schedule.The lady refused to let me go in on a Monday.Something about he doesn't see new patients on a monday. I guess I'm considered a new patient.Because I didn't go here since I was a kid. So i rescheduled for a thursday. And was told no. Never going here again.They know I had personal issues going on in the morning times and refused to let me schedule for afternoons. My mom used to give them a lot of money here at this glasses place. It's sad to see how this place is gone downhill.I realized that I missed the first 2 appointments or something, but I have waited another whole month for this appointment.I called this morning to see what time my appointment was and she goesyou don't have an appointment because you missed the first couple Like you could have called me and said that a month ago when I waited a whole nother month on glasses. If you see that i had rescheduled you could have called amd said that that wasnt allowed. Good thing i called up there before walking all the way up there. being a cashier , I need my glasses. If I hadn't have fixed them I would have still been blind for months

It was my first time there. I saw Dr. Myer. He was very professional and very informative. Him and his staff were very friendly.

The staff at Norman and Miller Eyecare are thoughtful, helpful and serve the public with respect and a sense of humor. There's a reason I still make my appointments here even though I live out of town!
