A place that actually takes their time and makes sure you get the BEST care! I've been going here since I was in third grade. When I first got a job, I tried going somewhere else because I didn't have insurance, so I thought the cheap 2 for $70 at eyeglass world was a good deal. It was a horrible experience at eyeglass world and they rushed through everything and just didn't care if things fit. I came back to Hoosier eye doctor because it's worth the money. You actually get what you pay for. You get treated like a human and not a price tag. Also, all of the staff are amazing people!!!

I love this place! They have been around for a while and they know what they are doing. They are a small family business which I love supporting. Dr. DeWar is patient and knowledgeable. Valerie is incredibly kind and helpful as well. Her chatting during the initial part of the exam makes you feel comfortable and reflects that they care about you as a patient. She will definitely help you find frames that suit you. They take as much time as you need during the trying on process and offer educated and truthful feedback. I have always hated myself in glasses, and often times would just not wear them, but they were the first place to help find frames that I could wear and feel confident in.
