I have been going to Dr Harmon for years, I quit going for a couple years due to insurance and bounced to a different eye Dr. each year cause I just wasn't impressed. When I was able to come back to Dr. Harmon with different insurance, I was thrilled! Dr. Harmon and his beloved staff are incredible! The girls at the front desk are so sweet and always so professional and above all; they genuinely care! I trust Dr. Harmon and can't say enough about how he Loves what he does and it shows. He is very thorough and never is in a rush to get you out the door! Dr Harmon and his staff are amazing; thoughtful, caring, compassionate, and they treat you like you are family!

Dr. Harmon and his staff are such good people !! They have helped me so much over the years with my glasses and eye exams and are always thorough, kind and very generous. I needed frames because mine had broke and it wasn't time for my yearly eye exam and frames covered by my insurance and the eye assistant at the front desk Jeanne found me a pair of frames and worked with me so I could see again I was so over joyed that they went above and beyond to help me when they didn't have to. I will always come her for my vision needs !! Dr. Harmon is the best optometrist around period

A women with curly hair behind the counter was very rude. I had went to the eye doctor in delphi and I went to the flora one to my glasses adjusted the next day because I noticed they were a little lose. We'll today, I went back just because I wanted them tighter, that's all I went in their for. And I overheard the women whisper and say, "she was just here yesterday" and continued on whispering about me so I got up and went to them and said, I'm here to get them adjusted tighter again and she laughed and said let's see what dr.harmon thinks and she said, "why don't you just go back to the one in delphi". She was being very petty and rude. I got back up after I went back and sat down and said, I don't appreciate you guys talking about me and I walked out. As a customer, I should be able to go in. They tried telling me they weren't, and they were concerned. Concerned about what? My glasses getting adjusted again? And I was spoke to like we were back in high school. She is older then me. Grow up lady. Worst service ever. I don't recommend you go here. She may act nice at first, but she is very rude. Any eye place can adjust you're glasses. She was so not professional.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Complete and utter disrespect, rude, attitude and name calling by the staff and down talking you behind your back.. I called to get my daughter new frames and the receptionist put the phone down and said loudly "He has no personality" then continues to laugh with the other receptionist then says "oh shoot he probably heard me" and "I guess I just dug a hole" then they both continued to laugh and make fun of me... keep in mind I didn't say anything rude or off putting and I had it on speakerphone next to my kids while I was doing other work and didn't really think there was any personality to be put into scheduling an appointment... when this happened I hung up my phone and went into the office to speak to the dr. Myself and express my disappointment with their Dr. Where he replied "what do you want me to do about it" as the receptionist said "I said I'm sorry" you aren't sorry your sorry you were to incompetent to put the phone on mute... myself and all my children have been going here for years and I literally just spent $150 on some lenses from here a few weeks ago and was obviously scheduling a new appointment I will never patronize your business again!!! And I will suggest others don't either! Matter of fact I will make it a point to go out of my way to suggest they don't go to your business due to your very disrespectful and unprofessional employees and owner!!!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Harmon and his staff !! They have always taken care of all my vision needs. Everyone is super nice and always goes above and beyond and have always treated me with the utmost respect I have been a customer for many years and always will be !!

Dr. Harmon is the best eye dr. around. Ive been going there for a few years and has always been professional and very helpful in anything i need. I highly recommended him.
