Friendly and knowledgeable, but lots of upselling. In fact, twice now my quote on glasses included a number of things that I didn't need. So, when they quote you a price, you need to ask what that includes and get them to take the extras off. Whatever lab they use is pretty good because my lenses held up pretty well against scratches.

Everyone is nice and polite. Dr. Megan was thorough, friendly, and open minded about my view regarding my florescent light sensitivity. On the down side, I specifically asked if there would be any expenses beyond my exam co-pay and was told there would not be, only to be charged an extra $25 for an optomap photo afterward.

I picked my lenses up Feb. 6 and they had to put them in my frames. Well I heard the girl having trouble getting them done and then she brings them to me and I thought they were right until I got home and really looked at them. The lenses weren't even all the way in the frames so I took them back and the girl wanted to argue with me about them. She did get them in but now it's been 11 days and one lens is back out of them on the bottom so now I get to run them back there again.
