I placed an order for contacts over a month ago and still no word. This happen with my last order too and they had them sitting in the office for about a week and didn't call me. I've called a few times about my new order and they tell me they still don't have them ? I've never waited this long for glasses or contacts. Horrible

The staff were very polite and professional. They were very patient with me having to cancel and reschedule appointments due to my current transportation barrier. They took all Covid -19 safety precautions with masks, checking temps, and sterilizing everything we used. They had bilingual staff available for clients that spoke Spanish. Most of all, they treated my sons very kindly. My 14 year old is diagnosed with a learning disability but everyone treated him with kindness and respect. Great team! I am extremely grateful and appreciative.

About Moses Eyecare Center

Moses Eyecare Center has renovated a new facility just across from Indiana University Northwest at the University Park Medical Center. We are so excited to be able to offer an expanded space to include innovative technology to treat diabetes, glaucoma, and other vision threatening conditions. Our optical also has an increased number of frames and styles so there is something for everyone! We continue to see a range of insurances including Medicaid, HIP, and Medicare. In addition, we are just upstairs from Marram Health facilities and work closely with other physicians to make sure our patients receive the most elite care.
