The staff and providers are so amazing! They are very polite and helpful. I was in and out for my follow up in 15 minutes, and the prices are affordable for contact exam and contacts. I will continue to come here and recommend them to others.

I want to give props to the staff. I also want to say a personal thank you to dr. Jen. The rx i got wasn't working for me. She listened and went above and beyond taking me in the day i stopped in and i think on her lunch break so i didn't wait 2 weeks to come back in. The adjusted prescription lenses she prescribed have me seeing better than I have in over a decade.

This place has the worst time management. If you come early, you never seen on time. The last time I was 30 minutes early and when the assistant finish with me. I still had 3 people ahead of me. Now today I came again on time and I am still waiting. If the patient is late , you have to reschedule, but if the dr is late the patient will just have to wait. I am never returning here again, due the time management. If you give me a schedule time, thats what I expect. I try my best to be on time because I care about people's time. The doctor dont care about other people's time and I feel that's very inconsiderate. My appointment was at 12:45 and I am still waiting. SMH.

All the staff at the Griffith office were amazing. Amanda was patient and very kind before my exam. Dr.Ashley was amazing. Took her time and explained things in simple terms so that I understood completely. Stacie was a great help. She was training but still helping others. She helped me to pick out frames and explained things in great detail. I love how the staff all worked together so great. Thank you all so much

Dr. Bonilla is an incredible doctor! She's so warm and friendly, and I learned so much during my visit. I've seen her twice at this location, and each time, the care has been fantastic. Even though she was busy today, she took her time with our appointment and gave such great care! I also want to give a big shout-out to Austin--he was super nice and friendly too! Honestly, every employee I met there was just lovely! I've already recommended this place to my family & friends, and I'll continue to do so for anyone in need of an eye doctor!

Euniece is a terrific lady that checked me in at the desk. I was seeing Dr.B. Everyone that works there is so upbeat and kind and funny. They gave me the best eye exam and found out I'm not blind, but that I have cataracts. I was never so happy to hear that news, but this is a cut above the rest they found a cataract that I've had for years that my other eye doctor couldn't find and never mentioned. Everyone that works there is very happy even if they're extremely busy and understaffed at times they don't complain and they just make the best of it. The best eyeglass place I've ever been to. I highly recommend this place. Very professional very clean. Very thorough.. I love their upbeat attitude and their fabulous smiles. It helps to take the anxiety away. I cannot say enough good things about this place. FANTASTIC ! they make you feel like family. That's hard to come by in this day and age, caring people

The staff at this location was so rude to me. I waited 2 hours to be seen for an appointment and didn't say a word to complain. I understand stuff happens. I make my yearly appointments at the end of every appointment. This time someone who was bothered by how late she had to stay at work questioned me on why I liked later appointments (3 pm they dont close til 5 )and why I make appointments a year ahead ( which I've always done and never canceled) I have a small child I don't want running amuck in a Dr office. She told me bring her. I said that's OK she pushed again that she will baby sit for me? Im not leaving my kid with a pushy stranger, in a Dr office. I needed to be fitted for glasses but because they took so long to see me they had sent the girl who does that home and just the rude nosey desk people were left. The dr even rushed through my exam and didn't answer any questions I had. I said ok forget it and ordered glasses from an outside company. The hell this office gave me and the new company to get my prescription was so uncalled for. It took them 3 weeks to send it and lied to me twice saying they sent it then when they had not. I finally threatened reporting them to insurance and then they faxed it laughing on the phone. Spend your money elsewhere. This place doesn't care about their patients. I was also told when trying to make a yearly appointment once that my insurance doesn't cover yearly when in fact it did and still does and has never changed. When I tried to explain other wise the phone girl hung up on me with a snort.

Updated 12/18... Went back for some help from Stacy! She greeted me with a smile by name when I walk in. I was really touched! I really appreciate Dr Bonilla and all the caring employees! Stacy helped me pick out my glasses! It's very hard for me to pick them out on my own! I love them! They are extra nice! I feel they all went above and beyond!
