Customer service is very lacking. My frames cracked in the first month. They also, were marked incorrectly so my trifocols were down on my cheeks. Impossible to see out of them. They refused to stand behind them at all. It took 5 trips to even get the glasses. Unbelievable that I tried to support a local business. Now I wasted my 1 pair that my insurance would pay for and I have no glasses. Don't waste your time at this establishment.

The second I walked in and saw scripture on the wall, I knew I'd made the right choice for an eye doctor. Dr. Hannah Powers did an awesome job, and all of the receptionists were extremely outgoing, very caring, and considerate of my situation. They went above and beyond the call of duty for me, listening to everything I told them regarding my vision history, and Dr. Powers explained everything about my eyes in a way I could understand, and she helped relieve my concerns regarding my vision. Honestly, I drove 40 minutes one way to my appointment, but it was well worth every bit of that and more to receive such genuine, good care. The staff is extremely down-to-earth and everyone has a good time. Dr. Powers also LOVES to laugh; it was so refreshing. I honestly felt as though I had been going there for years with the way I was treated, but in all actuality, it was my first visit. I WILL be returning to see them again in the future. I would never go anywhere else. I've been a patient of Dr Rusk for ten years! Dr Rusk and the staff are excellent.

The eye doctor was very outgoing, and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She also did great with my 6 year old! I highly recommend her
