Ordered glasses last week, left eye completely blur I can't see anything with the left eye called to ask about prescription and Michelle the Front Desk was beyond RUDE over the phone stating there super busy they can't do anything but I can come in by 1:15 to see if someone could look at them I tried to explain to her what I was experiencing she's raising her voice "Just Come In"!!! Arrived at 1:03 from 12:57 phone call and literally there's only one other person besides an adjustment that has already left the office!!! I paid out of pocket for the service No Insurance and glasses paid for and to be treated in such a way is beyond unacceptable. I never want to come to this office again and will seek full refund for this bs service and there's no real Dr in office telehealth visit

Absolutely amazing company. I had an issue with ordering and they really had no obligation to do anything, yet they reached out to me to with ways to fix the issue. I've seen a review against the company for the quality of another companies refurb product, pay no heed to that and order with confidence. Besides, with the amazing warranty of vortex, does that really matter? Will definitely come back to AA Optics.

FAST shipping. A & A Optics wasted no time getting it sent. It was also packaged well and I didn't get charged for shipping UPS ground (don't know if that's all the time) I purchased a Vortex Viper VPR-M-05MD-R REFURBISHED. Everything was in the box and it looked like brand new. They also answer email requests for information promptly. Seems like a great way to run a business! I'll shop here again.

Won't be doing business with them again. Woman who helped me was awesome but my order had an error checking out and charged my card for the amount of the order. I called and was told my order was pushed through just to days later he told the item I ordered was sent to someone else. They offered me a new product with small discount but I could find it for the same price locally. Still waiting on my refund as well.

The price is always competitive, the customer service is spot on, and their inventory is always better than others. I would and have highly recommended this resource to friends and family.

This place charges a 20% restocking fee for returning products. I was going to return and purchase an equal product and would've had to pay $320.00 to return the original product I purchased. Very disappointed.
