Worst customer service I've ever experienced. My husband made clear he would be ordering glasses online because he does not have health insurance. They gave him his prescription but would not give him his PD measurements to order. I had to call and complain to get his measurements and the woman made a comment that she "thought my husband was a nice guy". We planned on coming back for his exams but definitely won't be now. His measurements are also wrong so I'm not sure if that was intentional.

Dr. Alvarez has always been very professional and kind. The office staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I've gone to other eye doctors who give me a hard time for just wanting the prescription and getting the glasses online. Dr. Alvarez has never bawked at this! They give me my prescription so I can get glasses online. I will say though, the glasses they have there are beautiful and such a vast selection! I got one pair and they were incredible.
