Eye Care Associates of Michiana - New Carlisle

I always have such a hard time finding decent healthcare professionals. Yesterday was my first ever appointment with Doctor Morton in New Carlisle. All of the staff and the doctor himself were kind, attentive, friendly, and professional. I was so impressed I made appointments for both of my children also right away.There was a bit of a wait but I overlooked that because of the way they handled it. So it was an overall good experience and I can't recommend them enough.

Dr Morton takes time to explain all procedures and expected results. I feel very comfortable when visiting him. His entire staff is friendly and helpful

Love the staff and care here. They're genuine and really are there for you. Been going to Dr. Morton on and off (because of travels and moving) since high school. Tried some places that advertised great deals and they were bad glasses I'd have to keep taking them back. I have not had problems at all with glasses here. They are amazing. I recently broke a pair of glasses and found my old ones from 2 prescriptions ago in my locker at work and wore those while my current ones pair was being fixed. They were still in pretty good condition considering how old they are. Also they said my glasses would be ready in two weeks, but it really was only about a week! Fast, friendly, and great quality. What more can you ask for?

Staff and Dr. friendly. However, when I arrived, I was informed my appoint was at 9:45est. every message at 9:30est. and was told same when I called in to office. Wait time was 2 hours from start to finish. Waited an hour just to get back to be sent right back out to the waiting from. I have never waited an hour for any Dr. in the past! I will have to way my options on if I want to stay with this company, because of this long wait time.

Amazing office and staff! The young lady at the desk is delightful and Dr K. Offerle is very focused on taking the best possible care of her patients. Highly recommend.

Dr. Morton has always been thorough and answered my questions during my yearly exams. I wish him well as he enters a new stage of life.

We love Eye Care Associates!! Dr. Morton is incredibly thorough & clearly explains everything. And when I had an emergency (infection) Dr. Robin saw me right away. They're both so personable, friendly & thorough. We just love the staff at the New Carlisle office!! Thanks.

My kids & I have been seeing Dr. Cristy for years, Over A Decade. I liked her Kindness Respect! She Has A Great Listening Skills, no matter what the problems can be to your Most Important Part of Yourself !Our Eyes Are Very Precious 2 Us All ! Especially when U have UR Own Family ! U want the Best Of the Best ! She Really Goes Beyond 4 U.. No Matter How Long She needs to Talk to you about your Concerns ? They Recently Added Their Staff 4 A Very Sweet,kind, & Has A Sweet Smile that Is very Warming 2 come to a Appt! She even Has A Funny Sence of Humor ! For As Young As She is! She knows here job, & she's Great At It ! The Front Desk even had A New Face ! She also Was Very Friendly courteous and doesn't forget anything that you tell her! Ms.Keegan has Been Part of their Team Also 4 So Many Years ! No Matter Where She winds up At, Doing All types of Different Jobs! She Always Has A Always has A Sweet Smile, Always So Friendly & warming to You! She usually never forgets anything! . Especially if you bring Your Whole. Troop n at once! Which Can be Hectic sometimes ! I had the Brady Bunch , I Usually would bring 2 kids at a time ! Sometimes they would even squeeze me in! If You have younger Children it always Helped my Kids for me to go first ! To reassure them , not Be Afraid ! All & All Its A Perfect Place 4 Any Age & they Have so many Choices to choose from ! For frames ! If Ur Dog Ate The kids glasses , or they flew off their head on a boat ride ? They Got You ! Boat ride they Got you!
