They are always friendly and willing to help you with whatever your needs are. I can't say enough good things about Leslie and Sharron who assist me with my glasses purchases. They really take the time to help you feel comfortable and make sure that you're happy with your purchase. All of the eye physicians there are also great to work with and they make sure that you get the most out of your vision and glasses.

The exam was thorough and I was excited to
get new frames that I hoped would address issues with fit I had in the past. However, the frames were crooked and the nose pads were starkly uneven. They suggested my eyebrows were uneven, even though no prior opticians adjusting my previous frames hinted at that! Maybe they were just having a bad day but I had to go elsewhere to get them adjusted.

Having ankle replacement surgery in three weeks. Called for eye appointment because last due for annual exam. Accommodated me by getting me in for appt within 4 days. Then I showed up 20 minutes late due putting the appointment time in my incorrectly. They still got me in the same day due to a cancellation. Most health care care givers would not have done that. Very appreciative. Need-less-to say, Dr. Huffman and his entire staff are great. Best OD around east and south side of Indy.

Eager to answer my questions and make sure I understood. A drink station in the waiting room was a nice treat.
