I had an outstanding experience at Pendleton Family Optometry. Their building was extremely sanitary. Each and every staff member that I interacted with was very kind and welcoming. It was all amazing!

Absolutely Amazing Experience - Life-Changing Care After wearing glasses for over a decade, I had nearly given up on the idea of contacts. Since needing glasses in my 40s, I've seen three different eye doctors, and none were able to help me successfully transition to contacts. I was even calling around trying to find someone who could fit scleral lenses, thinking that might be my only hope. Thankfully, someone referred me to Dr. Becca Hales at Pendleton Family Optometry--and I'm so glad they did. Dr. Hales took the time with me that no other eye doctor ever has. She listened carefully, evaluated my situation thoroughly, and recommended a daily wear solution that addressed my dry eyes--something no one else had mentioned. She didn't settle for "good enough" either. Even though the first pair of contacts could have worked, she wanted to be sure they fit just right. We tried a second pair, and they were perfect. I'm now on day two of wearing contacts successfully for the first time in my life, and I couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Hales is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely caring and committed to getting it right. Yes, there may be a wait to get in, but it's worth every minute. She's an exceptional doctor, and clearly, I'm not the only one who thinks so. Thank you, Dr. Hales!

Dr. Jones went above and beyond for my daughter. She truly cares about all her patients.

I am always treated like I am their most important patient! Dr. Jones and her staff are the best! Dr. Jones explains everything, shows you the pictures of your eyes, what it all means. Just makes you comfortable. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I recommend Dr. Jones to all my clients, family and friends. I would give 10 Stars if I could!!

Our first time at Pendleton family optometry and we will be back next year! Everyone is very nice and friendly and we received our new glasses with in a week! I recommend them for your whole family!

I called in with an eye issue, and having never been a patient before they were exceptionally helpful and offered an appointment the next day. Excellent service for someone they didn't know from Adam. They seem genuinely concerned with doing good for people.

No response to my questions! Did cancel my appointment after 14 years! Was a good and paying patient! Also a questionnaire to fill out! Like every year! I don't work there!!!

I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr Rebecca Hales. She was very thorough m and professional - got all my questions answered! I've been struggling to find a pair of contacts that felt comfortable and didn't slide around and Dr Hales found the best fit! Thank you for your time. 18/10 recommend.
