I showed up a little late to my appointment and was still helped very quickly. Great and friendly staff that didn't seem to mind me trying on too many pairs of glasses. We had new vision insurance and they called for me and got everything figured out for me. I had been avoiding going to the eye doctor because I didn't know what insurance was going to cover. Great vision clinic with a great order of operations.

Poor entrance, portable ramp, but doorway not wide enough for motorized wheelchair. Pleasant assistant did initial evaluation, however Dr. Hofsted could not allow me to stay in my wheelchair to conduct the rest of the exam. The equipment could not be adapted for me. I could not transfer to the other chair. We are very disappointed we can't go to the Adel eye clinic. Mom has to call the Elite Eye Clinic in Waukee.

My husband and I were both pleasantly greeted when we entered. After checking in, Mandy did the preliminary testing for my annual check. She was extremely pleasant and informative with everything she did. My first time seeing Dr. Holstad and I was very impressed. Her testing was very detailed. Her explanation was very clear and answered all questions. Julia at the front office was very proactive in checking my insurance limitations. She was very accommodating in helping to schedule a needed follow up appointment. Very pleasant experience
