Poor customer service. I called with a complaint and got a response of "I am getting angry I am going to end this phone call" the complaint is that they completely destroyed our glasses. When only taking them in to have a screw put into them. Only after having the glasses one week. We were not at fault at all but had to use our warranty. That is less than professional service.
