Dr Bland is amazing. She is so knowledgeable and thorough with eye exams. Very patient and intuitive. Would highly recommend her. Book early. She is tough to get into.

Beware of the hidden fees I had to cancel because the hospital he was going to do the procedure in didn't accept the insurance for the full amount. Then, I was charged 2 office calls and the insurance paid some of it, and I was left to pay the rest.

Rude and blamed me for a script that was wrong....tried saying it was because of dry eye...my eyes aren't dry...then billed me again for their mistakes...receptionist are nice but dr was nothing but rude when Iwas there ...they cant own up to mistakes

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any clinic of any kind. I am in the military and have TRICARE, and the front desk personnel were not only rude, but stated they could not locate my benefits. This is because they did not know how to read the back of the ID which says "Benefits number". They said I would need to reschedule the appointment. I asked them to contact my insurance, because that is their job, and was blatently told by Michelle, that they do not have time to call insurance companies. If I did not need this prescription right now, I would have been more vocal about the rudeness and left.

Excellent eye clinic. My family and I all receive care here. Dr. Bland is knowledgeable and we get thorough exams to make sure we maintain the best eye health. My son scratched his glasses and I was helped get free replacements under the warranty. Get and stylish frame selection.

I had a horrible experience with the front desk employee. From scheduling over the phone, dealing with insurance details, checking in and checking out... it was all awful! She really has no place in the personal relations and customer service field; the amount of rudeness was astonishing!! The tech and doctor seemed fine but will never return due to receptionist.

The front desk area seems a little tense. While they weren't rude to me, I did overhear some talk that bummed me out. The biggest thing for me was the wait time.... I waiting almost an hour to see the tech and then another 30-40ish minutes to see the doctor. Total amount of time there was almost 2 hours... I didn't even talk to someone about glasses, I was just annoyed and wanted out of there by that time. Seems a little extreme. Sadly, I will not be returning. On the plus side, the tech was very friendly, along with the doctor.
