Great team! Always very happy to be helpful and Dr. Hayward is awesome. Very knowledgeable and isn't in a hurry.

Couldn't recommend these guys and gals enough they took me in on an emergency referral from the ER Every single person I had contact with was kind, empathetic and caring. Even though I was not one of their regular patients they treated me like I was. They got me out of pain and walked me through my care options. They eased the anxiety I had from such a crummy situation. Everything was top tier. If your looking for an eye Dr go here. I wish I had to start with.

My first visit with Dr Hayward and it couldn't have gone any better. Staff was so friendly and professional. I'm very pleased to have found DeWitt Eye Care and know I'm in great hands moving forward with all my future eye appointments.

First time I went to Dr. Hayward. Very friendly staff and Dr. Spent time with me. Would definitely recommend going to them. Fantastic place. Very easy going. Extremely family friendly.

Really miss Dr. Benson. Had an appointment with the other Dr. there and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. 1st visit with him they dilated my eyes prior to doing the vision check so after doing the vision check the Dr said I needed bifocals. I do not need bifocals. I mentioned this to him and he said well I don't agree but come back in a couple of weeks and we will re-check. Did so and found that I indeed didn't need bifocals. But then had the nerve to charge me $180 for the follow up visit to fix their mistake. I tried to reason with them saying I don't think this is right. They still charged me anyways. Then when I did get my glasses (new prescription) they did not work for me but all they said they could do is adjust the frames. It wasn't the frames, the lenses were wrong. These people (now) are incompetent and dishonest.

As always 5 star service and facility. Dr Benson is the best. Yes I always loved Dr Benson's service when I went to him. Today I had Dr Hayward and he was awesome too. Actually I thought everyone was great. I received very caring professional service. They explained everything which was great for me. Plus the help in picking out my new glasses was very helpful. There isn't one thing I didn't like today. I think DeWitt Eye Care has excellent service and I will definitely keep them for my eye care. Jean Kent

We love this office! I'm a mom of 4 young children (6 and under) our appointments are a bit chaotic bringing them all at once but the staff is always super helpful and patient. Dr. Hayward is great at making their checkups a fun experience. They are always ready with toys, cool gadgets and aren't afraid to get silly. As a mom I'm so appreciative because I never feel like a burden. I love that my kids get that positive energy and love listening to the staff give my kids the giggles while we're there. 100% recommend!

The staff and the doctor were very friendly and helpful. I felt like I was being heard when I told them about the things that were happening and after the test the doctor explained things so I understood what was going on. Assistant's helped me pick out my glasses so I knew they looked good. A very welcoming experience!
