Dr Webb did a wonderful job with my eye exam. She made me feel like I mattered and my experience was that she really cared about my eyes and wanted me to see things to my best potential. She explained everything well and the exam was not rushed. She is very professional, compassionate and knowledgeable.

This is one of the best eye exams I have ever had. Very thorough and made sure I didn't only get the right prescription but that my eyes felt comfortable as well!

My eye appointments with Dr Webb are always friendly, thorough and professional. She and her staff take their time to give me the best possible care and outcome. She is also community minded which is important in our small community and much appreciated! Do glad she is in town and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a great eye dr.

Dr Webb is so professional and personable! She asks all the right questions to help you with your overall eye health. Staff is very friendly.

The staff is always professional and helpful. Dr. Webb does a good job of completing a thorough eye exam in a very caring way.

Generally good but scheduling is extremely difficult. First appointment is 8:10, last appointment is 4:10. Not at all flexible because they are too booked up with being down to only one doctor. Most appointments are 8 weeks out at soonest and if something happens you are pushed another 8 weeks unless you yourself have a flexible work schedule - sadly for me the future out the days is the less I know my schedule so after this year I'll probably have to find somewhere where they have later appointments or more openings sooner.

Unprofessional & rude front desk staff. I called them to let them know that I was running late & trying to find my daughter's insurance card. I said I'm right down the road and I was looking for my daughter's medical card and midsentence I was hung up on by the front desk lady I believe she said her name was Melinda? I had asked if she could still be seen and that I was right down the road and she said, "well you are already five minutes late" & I was 3 minutes at that point on the phone with her and I was only a minute away & while she said they have a 7 minute late policy she made it very clear that she would not let my daughter be seen even if we showed up before the 7 minute policy. Before she hung up on me. I will not be returning here.

They are very thorough with your eye checkups! Explain everything very well! I appreciate the thoroughness!!
