5 stars isn't enough for Dr. Lisa Nix! I had an emergency eye issue and was able to get in for an appointment on the same day. Dr. Nix was thorough, knowledgeable, and reassuring. She took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. The staff was also friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Nix for any eye care needs - she's the best!"

I will never go back. I have been waiting for 2 months for glasses. Every time they get ahold of me it's another issue that requires more money that I don't have.
Update a week later: When trying to ask a question with the receptionist, she constantly interrupted me so I couldn't get the full question out. She quickly started raising her voice at me and being condesending. I had to make deals with her of if she didn't interrupt me then I would make sure I did the same. I had to use my deescalation training in this several times. I still also don't have my glasses.

My daughter and I have been going to Dr. Lisa Nix for about 15 years! She is the kindest, most patient health care provider I have. When my husband needed some emergency eye care, she was able to see him right away. He's an eye scaredy cat, and she was great with him!!

The best eye care place I've ever been to or took my soon to. The staff was very friendly & helpful, the woman who took my son's eye measurements was absolutely wonderful, funny & made him feel at ease, I wish i could remember her name but she had a southern accent. The doctor was amazing & so good with him. I hardly write reviews so when I do, it's because it was outstanding service. I highly recommend.
